Lucretia Mae Smith

January 8, 1946 - November 3, 2017

Lucretia (Tish) Mae Smith passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by her family On November 3, 2017 after a long battle with cancer. She was born in Marlow, OK on January 8, 1946 to Floyd and Joyce Adams and moved to the area shortly after, where she attended local schools. Lucretia worked as a bus driver for the N.V.U.D for several years and then later for Evans Airport Service for many more before retiring as a driver. She enjoyed driving, meeting new people and seeing different places. She was loving and devoted mother and Nonnie who will be missed tremendously, she birth 6 children but raised many. Lucretia enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, extended family and friends more than anything. She was an avid reader and enjoyed reading anything she could get her hands on. Lucretia is survived by her children Thomas N. Rogerson (Mari), Adam A. Rogerson (Cheryl), Treavor L. Rogerson, Elijah K. Rogerson, Jason C. Rogerson, Lucretia M. Padilla (Marcos), 23 grandkids, 13 great-grandkids, sister Joyce K. Whetherbee (Craig), brother Jerry L. Adams, and many nephews and nieces. A memorial service will be held November 17, 2017 at 11 am at Claffey and Rota Funeral Home.
