Jane R. Atkinson

Jane Atkinson passed June 3, 2017. She was born in Covina, CA to Clarence and Lela Ogier in 1931. She spent most of her young life in southern California, graduating from Covina High School in 1949. She married Marvin Atkinson in 1950, and later was employed as a cafeteria worker at Covina Unified school district for 10 years. Mrs. Atkinson moved to Napa in 1976 with her husband Marvin, who passed in 2015. Jane is survived by her two children, Wes (Lou Ann) Atkinson of Placerville and Becky Thomas of Napa, as well as two grandchildren, and four great grandchildren. At her request there will be no services held. Memorial donations may be made to hospice of Napa Valley.
